$32.5 Million Miami Penthouse Has an 11-Car Garage on the 57th Floor

The spectacular car elevator system is the first of its kind
City apartment living can be tough if you own a car—you likely don’t have a designated parking spot. But the 60-story Porsche Design Tower in Miami has a smart fix: an automated car elevator lift system, dubbed the Dezervator after its developer, Gil Dezer. Incredibly, your wheels will be transported right through the lobby and all the way up to your very own in-unit garage. Built by architect Sieger Suarez with interiors by Michael Wolk Design Associates and Porsche Design, the beachfront building will open its doors in late 2016. The massive four-level penthouse features full-length windows, 20-foot ceilings, and a private interior elevator. Its most spectacular feature, of course, is the in-unit garage, which has enough room for 11 vehicles—and a living room and bar, if you choose. The layout also includes a living-dining area, a sleek kitchen, a family room, and four en suite bedrooms. The residence’s outdoor space boasts two private pools—one on the rooftop and one on the terrace—as well as two balconies and two summer kitchens. In the building itself, residents can enjoy a movie theater and game room, plus there’s a car concierge available to give vehicles regular maintenance and TLC.
