About the Project

Grand Station is a residential tower, located at 40 Northwest 3rd Street in Downtown Miami. The 300 unit luxury rental tower will feature about 5,000 SF of retail space, additionally, expand the Courthouse Center Garage with 350 additional parking spaces. The project’s interiors are inspired by a young urban vibe and were designed with a sophisticated look in mind.
