About the Project

The traditional Greek restaurant is located in St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, Miami Beach. The design was inspired by the contrasting colors of Santorini. Inspired by nature and simplicity, the white wash walls are paired with tones of sky blue, navy blue, and cobalt blue. A modern trellis of gold and white hangs from the ceiling to bring the outside in.  The backlit wall is a reflection of the mediterranean sunlight. All white modern furniture was accented by Greek motifs and patterns within the textures and fabrics. It exudes a truly authentic dining experience and is the latest culinary debut in Miami.
